Album - Paper Doll

I made this album as a three section album so that the pages alternate. It was fun to make:

The size is 8" x 6.5" x 2" and it is closed with a ribbon tied in a bow. I keep the front of my albums relatively flat so that they fit in a shelf with other albums or books.

The first page is Penny herself. There is a pocket with a tag behind Penny and there is a pocket with a place for a 4x6 photo on the other side.

The next pages are about the mother. There is also a pocket for photos and the other side is three narrow flaps held with a band which is closed with a magnet.

Here is one of the flaps open. There is room for a narrow tag for journaling.

Then we have the little sister also with a tag behind her. The other side opens and there is place for photos.

Here we have two photo frames for 4 x 6 photos.

These are all Penny's friends from all over the world.

and the big brother

and father - also with room for photos.

This album will be for sale on my Etsy Shop. Please contact me for further information.

I wish everyone a very happy New Year.

Box for Kleenex

I made this box for Kleenex to my mother. It is decorated with papers from G45:

The box is closed with two magnets and the inside of the box is black all over.

Winter Album

I was inspired by Lea Muskotevc to make this album. She has some wonderful ideas:

Front page of the whole album

Front page of the left sides

The two left sides

Front page of the right sides

The two sides closed

and the back of the album.

The album is devided in two so that one half is blue shades and the other half is pink shades.

There is room for lots of pictures on tags and flaps.

Finished Album

Finally, I finished the album:

These are most of the pages. Each page has several pockets and flaps and can hold many pictures.

I made the album from Catherine Chapdelaine's manual and I enjoyed every minute of it.

I am back

After several years with not much scrapbooking I have decided to stop my Teddy Bear making adventure. I shall now concentrate on scrapbooking, mini-albums and cards plus some patchwork.

I have started to make a G45 album. I have bought the pattern from Cathrine Chapdelaine and am making a album like hers. It is a very good way to get started again, get ideas etc. I have bought most of the paper she uses. It is expensive, but a pleasure to work with.

Up until now i have made the front page of the cover:

and look forward to continue.
